Mp3 problem

Hello
I've a problem with Apacer mp3 and I wish to find here how to solve it.
While it was recording I stopped the record process and since then there is no response, I even can't turn it off , and it doesn't appear as a removable disk on the computer.

There's a downloads section -- you may need to reflash the firmware. But I would start by sending them a request for advice.

Interesting to see if they respond -- these cheap generic players are best avoided because of lack of support (and horrid user controls and interface too, usually).
