Hello,

I recently bought a MSI GS60 6QE.
I installed Windows 10 Professional and installed drivers (my NVIDIA drivers version : 364.72).
I updated my VBIOS and my BIOS.

When I play a game (let's say LOL), I experience micro freeze.

My GPU does not overheat (< 70°c).

Here's MSI Afterburner logs :

By the way, I'm not native speaker, I'll do my best !

Hope you can help :)

Hi,

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics card driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- Do set Nvidia as the default GPU after the reboot.
