msi laptop clock speed is gone

hello all so i have this new msi dominator pro gt72s g219 laptop and i wanted to use the clock multiplier in dragon gaming software but it is no longer there. i had to delete the app since it wouldnt open so i reinstalled it with the disk but the disk version is outdated and i cant a way to update it so it haas the clock multiplier on it. does anyone by chance know where to get the updated version of this app? i looked on the site and it only has updates for the help desk utility

okay so i reinstalled the utility but it wont open, it just pops up with asking me if iwnat to allow it to modify my computer then when i press yes it doeesnt do anything but go away it isnt even in my task manager

^^^thanks i already downloaded th elastest version but it seems that it wont open now when i try to launch it i dont know why
