MSI won't recognize built in camera

Hello all once upon a time I bought a MSI cx61 2PC laptop. Everything was going good, but now I cannot use my camera. It worked before, but out of no where it stopped working. I've been looking it up for a while, and I even tried to install a new driver from the MSI site, but I've had no luck. If someone has any type of explanation or solution it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
