Multiple surround sound

I wanna get a new gaming chair but already have a top quality sound bar hooked up to my 4k TV through digital optical anybody have a clue how to hook all these up and have multiple sound come out of all devices at same time?

You can split the optical output of the TV.
If the chair only has analog inputs you will need an optical to analog converter.Get one that is compatible with 5.1 input.
Since the optical out is usually fixed level you would have to adjust the volume of the soundbar and the chair separately. You won't get surround sound just spread out sound.
