My 128 Smartmedia is recognized as 64

I have an DAP Mp3 Player :

I cannot access the internal 16 mb memory and the 128 MO smartmedia is recognized as an 64mo !
I am sure it's an 128 ! I formatted 3x the card and the internal memory. No change ! uninstalled the Software and tried again no result !

Tried on another computer, same trouble !

Any idea ?

get a replacement it is probably defective
