My 3q tablet doesn't on without it being connected but now its not turning on completely what do I do

It's a 3q pad it's model is ROCO710B it recently only shows light but never turns on and it usually can't work without a charger it doesn't use sim it has hdmi port, sub port , charging point and headphones port
