My 7.1 headset only works in "stereo"

Hello.
I have a problem with my Cavimanus headset.
When I originally bought it, I could use both 7.1 and 5.1 audio. Now, for some reason, I only can set it to Stereo - no other option.
And same with my microphone. Originally, I could set it to much better quality. Now, only the lowest quality options are there.

Does anyone know how to solve this or what causes this? I also originally used Windows 8, now I have Windows 10, could this be the issue?

Let me guess, it's got a USB connection? If so, your manufacturer hasn't updated their drivers for Win 10 yet.
