Solved! my acerAspire 5749 laptop showing 0% available plugged in,not charging

it has been about 4 years to bought this laptop acer aspire 5749 ,when i have bought it have windows 7 ultimate installed in it and it was working fine upto 2.5 years but after thati reset my pc then i upgrade it to several new windows version ,then i noticed thst my battery is not charging .it work until i plugged in and it turn off immediately after i plugged out charger . battery doesnt remains even 1 sec also.i have been facing this issue since last 1.5 years please somebody help me.

Sounds like your battery is dead... you can buy a new original one online.
It's also really easy to replace.

Unplug battery and press and hold power button 40 sec , then put batter and keep for charging
