I plugged my akai TV to a shaw box
The remote turns it on but does not give me any other features like volume menu Chanel's
What do I do

Ok as I said in my post the Shaw remote turns the tv on
It automatically goes to hdmi I at that point loose control of the tv the remote does not command the tv anymore I have to pull the plug to shut it off I cannot change the channel can't access the tv menu
How can I reset my tv to factory settings.
