My Asus tablet will not turn off. It just drains the battery. Also every USB cord that I use with it has been broken when I remove it.

Hello,

For that USB hole... you may need a service assistance. Is your tablet hot warranty? If yes return it for check!
Some apps can drain battery very fast. You can factory reset that device or check the battery menu. Is there any app that drain your battery unusual ? Uninstall it !
