My asus f552c during the night it overheats and won't turn on in the morning.

Even though i shut it down properly and verify that it shuts down.... in the morning i have to unplug the ac and battery, let it cool down and then i can plug it back in and have it working!! Any ideas?? little help please!

If it is completely powered off. Either the charger or the battery are in need of replacing. Or both actually. However I would start with the battery.

I tried your solutions but unfortunately it didn't work out..... i worked without keeping the battery inserted and changed the AC cable but it simply overheats less now!! It's mortifying to keep working knowing that i have to save my data every time i go far from the pc
