my asus notebook won't boot to usb if ssd is installed

sorry for my bad english.

i just got a brand new cheap ssd. but i have a problem when i installed it into my laptop my bootable usb drive wont boot (just a blank screen, i wait for a couple of hour), if i put my old hdd, it boot just fine. any idea how to fix my problem.

Hi,
If you are booting from SSD, you need to change the boot order from BIOS settings. SSD should come first

allready did that, still blank screen, also i try to clone my old hdd, did not work either,
