This is the website
crovu.co/siparis/?pack=100DT
I have no idea what it is because a cloudflare host timeout screen shows, but this has never happened to me before.
What is it and how do I stop it from happening?

Run a malware scan with Malwarebytes. Just the free version. In fact the paid is pointless. You can just run an occasional malware scan. It's a great manual scanner, the best IMHO. Not a great active anti-virus.

If you are running a crappy anti-virus. Windows Defender, Norton, McAfee. Install a good free one.

Remove any unknown extensions from Chrome. Type "Chrome:Extensions" in your address bar without quotes.

You can then white list web sites you visit often and trust. So, they make some ad revenue. If you want to help them make more money. Click an ad every once in a while.

If you really want to block malicious content on the web. Add uMatrix to Chrome. It blocks all scripts from running. But it is much more difficult to use than a regular ad blocker. I won't link it. If you can't figure out how to find and install it yourself. You are not close to ready to run it.
