Solved! My computer does not recognize my USB mic. What do I do?

I've had a USB Steren mic for one year an it worked perfectly, but now it is not even recognized as plugged in by my laptop. I tried to see if it works in other computers and it does and my lap also recognizes any other USB device.
The lap is a Windows 7 Dell.
Some help?
