My cousin gave me a lg stylo and it wil not let me put my google email in to access .it sayes please enter the owners current

Please help! I can't get into my phone my cousin gave me , I try to enter my email and it keeps kicking back and say please enter the owners account info how can I fix it?
I just want to be able to use my phone.
