My Dell inspiron 13, 7000 series won't boot up

My Dell inspiron 13, 7000 series won't boot up.

When I press the power button, the keyboard's backlight comes on and lights up for about 20secs, then the screen also lights up but it is blank with no display and then thr keyboard's backlight goes off, followed by the screen.

This continues in a loop for as long as the battery can take it or sometimes it powers off.

I have tried several solutions online and on YouTube ranging from taking out d battery, changing the ram, cmos battery, holding down power....nothing works.

Please help

Well, it is not making it through post so you need to figure out which part is failing. Try booting it with each stick of ram by themselves and no hard drive, and then try them with the hard drive if it passes. Did you change anything about it recently or drop it or something, or did it just start randomly?

Hi there, I have the exact same problem. This post mentions its solved. Did you figure out a solution to this?

It was working fine last night, I was watching a movie and it was plugged in charging and woke up this morning to this error.
