My dell labtop fail to read usb devices

my dell Labtop Latitude D610 fail to read Usb devices,i have got usb driver and everything is okey,i unistall the Operating system and install the again and update the driver but problem is still there. I also check on device manager and check on universal serial bus control,everthing seems just fine.Please help me

USB devices - what type? And do the USB devices work on other computers?
Is there more detail on the error message? What does it say?
