My Edge browser has become Russian. How do I get rid of it please?

My Edge browser has become Russian. How do I get rid of it please? My computer is only 10 months old. It came with windows 10 already installed. As I didn't like it at first I installed 'Opera' and have used that instead. When I have returned to Edge, the start page is now in Russian and to me is unusable. How do I get rid of this please

Install Malwarebytes and do a scan.
