My Games have a FPS drop

Suddenly, all my games have had a FPS drop. IN rocket league, it dropped to single digits and rainbow six was also unplayable. These 2 days it has improved, with 30+ fps but it's still really bad and everything used to run at 60.

my computer is the HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC, with i7 and NIVIDIA GEFORCE. I don't know much about computers so i can' really say more. Any help will be appreciated

Sounds to me like it is overheating ... causing the CPU or GPU to throttle back. Check the fan is clear on the input and the outlet is not obstructed. Might need to blow it out with an aircompressor and clean the input grill with a toothbrush. Install some software on it first to show how hot things are getting inside. HW Monitor or CPUID for instance. Don't game with the lappy on a bed or soft surface as this obstructs the fan in the bottom of the unit.
