my google chrome wot even open.

when trying to open google chrome on my laptop the chrome tab to my start bar just blinks then fades away and no google browser will pop up. im very confused can someone give me some input

Uninstall Chrome. Restart your PC and make a fresh install with the latest Chrome browser.
