My 32inch hitachi tv wont turn on keeps flashing blue and no picture

Please disconnect the set from AC power, then press and hold the power button on the TV itself (not the remote), for 10 seconds. After another minute, plug the set
back in and press power once.

If you get 4 blinks when you turn it back on the TV Power Supply needs to be replaced.

When I press the TV hitachi 64 inch TV on , the the on button blinks blue and it comes on picture and sound then goes out. I tried everything you said but when I turned the TV back on it just kept blinking blue
