My Hp laptop wont turn fan spins for a second and then stops

Hi,
My hp laptop wont turn on.Fan spins for a sec then stops. Only power button and flight mode lights turn on.No capslock or mousepad light. I have tried hard reset it doesn't work. Plz help if u guys got a solution.
Model:Hp 350 g1notebook

Unplug ac adapter, remove battery, hold power button for 30 seconds.
Plug in AC adapter only and see if it boots. If it does you can shut it down and insert battery and try booting again.

I also recommend removing the RAM and cleaning the contacts and the slot they go into and re-inserting.

I tried this it didnt work
