My Inspiron mini 1012 needs help

I need help with my Inspiron mini 1012 every time I open the internet it says it's not respond in which I usually fix by closing the window and opening it again but it takes forever to close and when I reopen it says the same exact thing and refreshing the page isn't helping either please help me

Have you tried a different browser? What one are you currently using?

I'm using internet explorer and I have thought about getting chrome but my internet won't work so I can't download it

you can always have someone to help you use a different computer and DL the Installer for the different browser that you want to try, then put it in your comp, then install,

if that doesn't work , try cleaning your system, it sounds like you built up alot when browsing, try CCleaner or TuneupUtilities,

if your network is not the problem then your best bet is that~ hope this helps

Might also be a wifi problem, make sure it's connecting up fine and you're getting full Internet access before going to a webpage.
