my kodak camrea wont let me add pics to my computer

im trying to add my pics to my computer but it wont let me

How are you adding the pictures? Are you syncing them via Kodak's EasyShare software, or trying to do it directly from the camera? And have you tried popping the SD card into a card reader slot on the PC itself?
