Question My laptop is having problems about its keyboard and battery

I searched some website about fixing the keys on keyboard laptop because some doesn't work, was so laggy and my battery percentage is not getting high even if i change it . Everything worked. The problem is i forgot how to do it again. I rebooted my laptop because it had some new problems regarding wifi connection/ network adapter driver. It doesn't connect to my wifi and o cant see any wifi because it says it it to be connection mattered. I can't find a way to fix it so i rebooted/ factory reset it instead. I forgot how i did everything and need to start again. My keyboard is not working even tho i update it repeatedly and nothing seems to work anymore. Please help

Was the fix a hardware fix or software?
What is the problem with the keyboard exactly, and how did it start?
What's the battery problem?
What laptop model are you using?
"cant see any wifi because it says it it to be connection mattered. " I don't understand that sentence...Do you have the network drivers installed? How are you checking Windows Update without Wi-Fi? With an Ethernet connection?
