My laptop is Hp compaq 6910p , when i slightly touch the screen or move laptop it's gonna hang , and ram is also overheating.

After hanging it got overheated , removing power supply is only solution to restart it.

Has the heatsink and fan ever been cleaned? I fix laptops all the time that are overheating because they have never been cleaned. It can be a bit of a pain to do if you are not used to taking apart laptops but well worth it. You will need new thermal paste if you take the heat sink/heatpipe off the cpu, and or chipset and or gpu.
