My laptop is very laggy

I'm using lenovo laptop with this specs :

intel core i3 M380 CPU
2 GB RAM DDR3
intel HD Graphics
windows 7 x32

The laptop have to lag in all situations, it's lag while windows is running, lag on the windows loading boot screen, lag on bios setup screen..

the lag still happens after I reinstalled the windows, I scanned all partitions by avast antivirus, also I scanned the hard disk by EaseUs partition master & Data LifeGuard Diagnostic for bad sectors.

The processor Temprature is less than 50° C

is there any solve for that??

install more ram tho 32bit windows won't see past 3.5gb of ram.

I'm using this laptop since 2012 .. The problem just happened last month .. I don't think that ram is the reason .. Also I tried to install 64bit windows and it's the same

was thinking temperature issue but not at 50c but still a possibility on when that 50c reading was taken as in idle or at cpu peak use? how much of a lag time wise?

I suggest using less intesive software such as the anti virus. This can make a huge difference in performance to any machine. Then uninstall any uneccessary software or files that you have in your laptop.

Run memtest to make sure it is not the ram.

Also if the laptop came with a 32bit version of software, stick to it as the 64bit will be more intense for it.

Third turn off the effects of windows like aero.
Do you have all the latest drivers for your laptop?
