The 1920 MB you see there is "shared memory", which is how much memory it can borrow from your system RAM to perform its work. The 160 MB from Can You Run It is likely its dedicated memory, or how much of its own RAM it has built in for itself. Although you may be able to use a lot of shared memory, it is never as effective as the card's own dedicated memory.
