My little brother broke my laptop screen and i would like to know if i can replace it with a similar screen.

Yes. It may test your technical abilities but you should be able to.

Some kits have the entire bezel to where you just plug in the connectors and wireless antennae others are just the panel themselves and you have to take apart the bezel and put that in there.

I dont know the cost of your machine or the screen, but there is a pretty good chance the cost/replace ratio may lean towards just getting another laptop.


UPDATE: I just did a search and it looks like the machine is $500 and the screen is about $100 (just the screen an no bezel). That is certainly a reasonable amount and worth doing it yourself if you think you can. They are generally pretty straight forward, but it depends on how well they built the machine for servicing. If you are patient you should not have an issue.

My laptop cost $515 and a replacement screen for it is $100 but its currently out of stock.
