Question My laptop stops charging automatically, restarts charging, then stops again and so on.

Hey. I want to ask you a question. So i got a problem on charging. When i plug my charger, there's a beep sound and the charging indicator in my laptop is appearing. But after a few moment, the charging indicator is disappearing, means that my laptop is not charging. But when i unplug my charger soon after it, i can hear the beep sound again. I think that means my laptop knows that i unplug the charger. The point is my laptop laptop stops charging automatically, restarts charging and stops again by itself. Usually, my laptop stops charging when i run a RAM-consuming apps like Sony Vegas, CSGO, etc. Do you have the answer for this? thanks

Which laptop is it? Is it the original charger and battery?

To which value does it charge? Modern laptops doesn´t charge to 100% to safe battery´s life

My laptop is Lenovo G400S. My charger is the default one but i already replace the battery. Thanks for the respond btw.

I am having the same problem too with an Asus k501u.
Is the regulator in the charger or is it on the motherboard?
