My laptop will not charge!

My laptop does this thing where it's at 100% i have charger plugged in and all of a sudden it starts beeping and the charger light starts flashing. after that i have to unplug the charger and wait till it goes down to 10% to plug it back in. normally that wouldn't be that big of a deal but my laptop lags until I unplug the charger and plug it back in but until it reaches 100% it will just start the beeping again and i have to wait till 10% again. Please help!

It sounds like your battery is dead. You can order a replacement one really easily. Most laptops can work without a battery just by plugging it in.

have you tried taking out your battery and making sure it is fitted correctly, and there is no damage to the battery pack?

It sounds like your battery is dead. You can order a replacement one really easily. Most laptops can work without a battery just by plugging it in.

My laptop is pretty new, so would i have to open up my laptop to take the battery out?

what laptop is it ?

most laptops have clip(or 2) on the back rear of the laptop where you can slide the battery off and on.

If its new it should be under warranty why not give your dealer a call.

It's an aspire M, and when i say new i mean its about a year and a half old.
