My laptop wont restar after a window reset

My laptop was getting slow so i did a reset option where it resets to like when it was bought and all the programs that i installed get deleted and the laptop still hasnt rebooted. Its been rebooting for a day now and i tried shuting it off and then turning it back on but it still didnt work the little icone on the bottom keeps spinning. The laptop is an Asus z552l

1) Check if your laptop is freezing
2) possible that your files are corrupted tryt using CHKDSK /v /f and see if it can resolve the issue
3) Last option is to do full system restore to factory setting - After taking Full Backup.
