My Android phone LG 4G LTE no linking to WiFi go for factory reset but no use

Not connecting to any WiFi, or just one? Did you check if there is an update for the system? Is this a stock phone or a custom ROM? Did it work at some point? Could simply be a hardware issue with the WiFi hardware.
