My Logitech G35 Surround Sound Headset has messed up, please help!

Hello guys! I Bought a new headset for 3 days ago and they worked absolutely perfect until last night when both the sound disappeared and my mic didn't work for like 10 seconds every time I went from (for example) Skype and then clicking on Google chrome. So every time I am clicking on a other program on my computer my headset stops working for 10 seconds, and then I can hear and talk until I click somewhere else.

Well then I thought I only need to ask for a new G35 Surround Sound Headset at the same store there I got it from. But I tried it on my laptop and it worked perfectly there... So now I know that it's something wrong with my computer..
I have tried reinstall the software to the headset, and noting happened. Then I tried update my motherboard, same there, noting happen.. soo I am asking u guys what can be wrong and what can I do for solve it? I am so frustrated right now, please help.

I have windows 7 and the headset is a usb headset.
I would really appreciate some answers

i have the same headset i have never had this problem but i might be able to help you.

You say you have downloaded the software, but did you make sure it was fully updated. also have you tried a different usb port? also try restarting your computer if you haven't already.

i will look more into this situation.

Yes i have tryed all of those things and i updated my softwere to the deadset and it didnt make any difference
