My netbook Lenovo S110 keyboard alway types uppercase letter

My netbook Lenovo Ideapad S110 keyboard alway types uppercase letter, even if the caplock key are turning on or off. I must press Shift+Fn before press any letter key for lower-case letter. Please help me !

whats wrong with going all-out CAPSLOCK? CAPTAIN CAPSLOCK BECAME SUPERSTAR DUE NON STOP WRITING IN CAPS,however in some forums people might think you're immature if writing in all caps,ladies in date sites might not be as interested as you and ofc you might get some temporal bans in some MMO's, but thats about it, not a big deal.
