My NEW Lenovo Legion Y720(i7) keep getting the blue screen while playing games(Specifically PUBG)
This is my second day with this laptop, after i downloaded PUBG excited to play ,went to the lobby but as soon as the game starts I get the blue screen.
I tried updating my gpu (clean install)
but it didnt to work.
I saw a guy telling me to update the bios ,i don't know how and even if i did ,im scared this would void the warranty.BTW this is windows 10 if it matters.
Did I mention that this is a brand new laptop?
just checkin'

what does overclocking software mean?
and BTW
this problem only happened when playing the game any light game like minecraft or csgo is OK.
then i tried fixing it by downloading drivers from diver easy which made it worse ,was a really bad move>..
and then i tried formatting the whole laptop to factory setting buuuut got stuck at 31% every single time.
my questions are :(BTW im returning it)
Will any of this void the warranty?
and why does resetting the laptop keep getting stuck at 31%?
