My Next book ares 11A won't charge or turn on .there is no information on this problem.

The Next book ares 11A with nook for android I bought it from wall Mart seven months ago. It went in to sleep mode and the battery died after it was in sleep mode. Now the Next book won't turn on at all. Is there a master reset procedure? How can o get this fixed there is no information anywhere about this problem

Since it should still be under warranty, I would contact the manufacturer.
