CPU Type
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4300M CPU @ 2.60GHz
**with integrated Graphics for some reason**
Graphics Chipset
AMD Radeon (TM) HD 8500M/8700M
8GB DDR3 Ram
ok with that aside my catalyst control say that my graphics card Graphics Chipset
AMD Radeon (TM) HD 8500M/8700M is (Disabled) im using the AMD Crimson Driver.
i have looked at my card it says everything is working fine and when i Disable the Intel integrated Graphics my laptop acts like there is no graphics card their? this is really bad when i try to play games like H1Z1 (btw you can on this Laptop) i used a thing called speed fan which measures your fan speed obviously it says my CPU is 75C while playing games (not to bad) and my GPU is on 0 i can only guess that means that it is not using it putting more stress on my CPU. also the Crimson driver says it is disalbed? please help really would appreciate it

Solution
Hi,

Please do try a clean install of your graphics card driver that may help.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the AMD graphics driver.
- Check Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to AMD.
- Once done, download and install the latest driver from the manufacturers site.
- Here's the link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot your laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot set AMD to High Performance.
