my phone onlt display a message saying " process system isnt responding"

Have you tried rebooting the phone? Sometimes that is all you need to do to fix it. Also, it should only do that when trying to launch an app, not when the device just turns on.

I would also ask if your phone has been rooted, as if that is the case, you may need to unroot it to fix the problem.
