My RCA Galileo tablet won't hold a charge

Won't hold a charge even while trying to turn on when it is connected to the charger...I have used both a mobile charger and an A/C charger

Well, if it won't hold a charge, then it needs a new battery.

I changed my power cord and it fixed it

I see. So it does actually hold a charge, it just wasn't getting a charge. Glad you got it sorted.
