My rca tablet model RCT6272W23 needs help

My rca tablet model RCT6272W23 gets stuck on the boot screen when turned on and I've tried factory resetting and pushing the pin reset on back and it just stays froze. It wont even shut off! What happened? Please help. Thank you.

RCA tables are low quality and have a high rate of failure, replace it.
