My Samsung laptop is blinking between three screens at start up and can't go any further.

My Samsung laptop is blinking between three screens at start up and can't go any further. One is the Samsung logo. The other is the square within squares. The last one blinks Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. I even have a recovery disk from Samsung but I can not move any further.
