Solved! My sd card is protected by nokia 3 and I need to recover data on PC

My sd card is protected by Nokia 3 when I plug to PC says that I need to format. The data is there but I don't know hot to reach there.

Nothing, it is encrypted to protect the data, if you can bypass that it would not be much of a security feature. Encryption has benefits but also if you are not careful it can cause issues like this. The encryption key was tied to the device that encrypted it. If you did not have another copy of the files or decrypted the card first, that encryption key is gone.
