There is no way to trace it through email. If you have it on an account with a carrier/service provider then they 'may' be able to help you track it down. I stress the 'may' part.
Otherwise, I am sorry to say, if it is gone, it is gone.

unh unh. anyone can log in using an email anytime, and from any location, so no. speaking of email address, you should change email address' password in such cases almost immediately so no one else gets access to personal and sensitive data
