My Sony Vaio laptop, which used to play Blu-Ray and 3D Blu-Ray discs using WinDVD 2010, now plays only a few Blu-Rays. Nothing I try, reinstalling, whatever, works. The 3D drivers are from NVIDIA.

How about the windvd updates from corel. http/www.windvdpro.com/en/support/updates/#windvd-version-tab=2

I had same issue with my sony vaio, clean the lens thoroughly - cures most problems with reading cd's, dvd's, and bluray's.

Wish this was the first thing I had tried, spent weeks twiddling with settings, uninstalling etc etc....
