My tablet is completely black

Ok so I've been going through all these answers for similar problems to mine but nothing has helped all I did was watch a movie the turn my Samsung Tab off then when I came back to it it didn't turn on but notifications and stuff work even my alarm goes off please help asap

So then it is actually 'on' but your display isn't working. You would then have to get the display repaired or replaced.
