MY TOSHIBA SATELITE C50-A634 wont boot from DVD or usb

For about a week my laptop is failing to boot from USB or DVD.its just showing "No bootable device--Please restart system.The laptop came with windows 8,i tried to down grade but failed,so I removed the HDD and formarted it in another laptop but still it shows "No bootable device"when I hit F2 all is grey cant set time except changing language,all is inactive cant change anything.when I go to SECURITY secure boot cant change its all grey.i cant disable SECURE BOOT or disable BOOT pliz help

Hi Muyak,

Can you change the BIOS mode from UEFI to CSM.

Cant remember were the option is (advanced?) but that should allow you to disable secure boot and start booting from other devices.
