my toshiba satellite windows 10 laptop is on recovery menu what do i do

Need a lil help with my Toshiba satillite windows10 Labtop. It is on recovery meau and gives to options 1.see advanced repair options 2.restart my PC.....what should I choose? I'm trying to reset the Labtop to factory settings because it has a password on the start up..
