my tv's coaxial connection will not receive the cable signal....Is there another way to connect my tv to cable tv

I need to connect my tv to cable tv and the coaxial connection has internal problem and will not revcieve a signal. can I get something to connect to my incoming cable and then connect to the tv by the USE or Hdmi or?
